Shipping Policy

  Confirmation

 A confirmation email (if provided) will be sent once you place your order. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With quick action on our part, it can be difficult for us to change or cancel your order before it has been processed and packaged and then shipped out, however, we will do our best to support your request.  If you have placed multiple orders, we will combine them to save us on shipping costs and packaging materials.

 

 Processing

 It usually takes  from 1-4 business days up to 8-10 business days for your order to be processed. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected, and you can always email me at sergeantroberts.com@gmail.com for any concerns, please be certain to include your order Number(s). 

 

Shipping

 For most items we offer shipping by Flat rate shipping through the United States Post Office (USPS) and in some instances FREE Shipping once your shopping cart reaches a certain limit, depending on ongoing specials - We understand getting your order to you as quickly as possible is the name of the game.. we strive hard to get your item(s) to you as quickly as humanly possible. For express shipping please choose the shipping method at check out page if offered.  Otherwise express shipping is not an option.  Certain situations or large quantity orders that require special attention - please email sergeantroberts.com@gmail.com PRIOR to placing the order and we will provide you a "quote" to help accommodate your needs the best way possible.
