How do I let you know what name goes on my decal?
Sometimes certain browsers and mobile devices do not render the "note to seller" box located inside the shopping cart "view" area.  Please feel free to simply email me at sergeantroberts.com@gmail.com with the name you want on your personalized decal along with your order number to help expedite.  Please be sure to reference your order number with your email message.  You will receive a response when we have received your information. :-)

How do you afford to ship free to us?

I will continue to ship free as long as I can afford it. I like low prices just like you do it is my honor and privilege to continue to serve in this way. Currently I offer free shipping for carts at or over $24.00

When can I expect to receive my new decal? (Not Jewelry - see below)
All decals ship from Santa Fe, Texas.

If you obtain Free Shipping at checkout - You will receive your decal typically 3 to 7 business days or sooner, depending on where you have it sent and also depending on the United States Postal Service.  

USPS -  You will receive your decal typically within 1 to 3 business days, depending on where you are having it sent and depending on the speed and efficiency of the United States Postal Service.  We offer upgraded shipping to include a tracking number.  Sergeant Roberts cannot be responsible for the United States Postal Service.  Once an order is shipped it is out of our hands.  Theft and mishandling of mail continue to be an issue with this and many other delivery services.

I usually put decals into the mail the same or next business day if your order is placed before 11am.  Otherwise it will go out the next business day via USPS, that is,  Regular or Priority mail depending on your shipping selection.  Typically I ship decals in a heavy yellow envelope to help protect them.  I do offer other means of shipping if you require a tracking number (see above), but I can't afford to ship free if you choose Priority mail or a label with tracking capabilities.  

What is the average shipping time for Personalized Decals?
I usually put your new, personalized decals into the mail the same or next business day after your order.   I use USPS primarily and unless unforeseen circumstances (mail truck accidents, break downs, hurricanes, etc.) arise you should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days max. 

When can I expect to receive my Jewelry purchase (alone or combined with other products)
Like (above) All decals ship from Santa Fe, Texas., This may not be the case with Jewelry as I have it in various warehouses depending on available stock. Otherwise Jewelry also ships out of Santa Fe, Texas. You can know more accurately by reading the Product Description on each various product. If it says up to 21 days.. it may take that long.  If it says ships quickly, then it is in stock and will usually be shipped from Santa Fe, Texas.

If you Select or qualify for Free Shipping at checkout - You will receive your decal and or jewelry typically 3 to 7 business days or sooner, depending on the speed and efficiency of the United States Postal Service.

If you combine a jewelry item that ships up to 21 days with a decal, I will ship your jewelry separately so you can receive the decal sooner rather than later. Do you offer free expedited shipping too?
The prices of the items at SergeantRoberts.com are made affordable for everyone.. I can't afford free expedited shipping too.  I do offer Priority Mail service(if available) if you just gotta have it quicker.   An email to me can arrange expedited shipping that must include the cost of that shipping choice. 

How do I get the name I want on a personalized Decal?
keep in mind mobile devices and PC's do not render the same views and can cause some confusion.

First:  Leave the name you want during the checkout process inside the box that says "Note to Seller".  Please use this format:

First Name
Last Name

When in the shopping cart "View" area you will find the "Note to Seller" box, in most cases.  If not please refer below for special instructions.  Thank you for trusting me.

Second:  email me at sergeantroberts.com@gmail.com AFTER you have placed an order for a PERSONALIZED decal.  The $8.00 decals are not part of the personalized decal offering and I apologize if the store is confusing in any way. I have a PERSONALIZED area of the website and the decals that can be personalized  have the word PERSONALIZED on the picture of the decal and the product description page.
